Spiced Pear starts with pears roasted in cinnamon, dried plums and local Memphis Honey from Mr. Beez in Millington. With a hint of other holiday spices, and the same heat as our other jellies, this one in particluar has developed a cult following!  Warm brie is its BFF.   Available October - December.
